Each one runs through five fixed stages — affirmations, a greetings circle, warm-up, a themed activity, and a closing award moment — and the curriculum is aligned with developmental guidelines from the CDC and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. Parents who are short on time tend to care a lot that the time is being used properly.

What do the five age bands actually mean?
Little Explorers (2-4), Mini Champs (4-6), Skill Builders (6-8), Confident Creators (8-10) and Future Achievers (10-12). Each band has its own drills, equipment progressions and idea of what a good session looks like — a four-year-old and a ten-year-old need genuinely different classes.
