Centre Programme
Weekly 75-minute classes in five age bands, from toddlers to pre-teens.
See the programmeOur Lucknow centre is at Skyline Plaza 1 in Sushant Golf City — the same southern side of the city as Ahmamau, so this is a local trip rather than a drive across Lucknow.
There is no centre inside Ahmamau itself — the one that serves you is our Lucknow centre at Skyline Plaza 1, Sushant Golf City, behind Lulu Mall.
Ahmamau sits on the same southern stretch of Lucknow as Sushant Golf City, which is the practical point: you are not crossing the city, changing sides of the river, or building an evening around the journey. We are on the second floor of Skyline Plaza 1, open 9 AM to 8 PM every day, so the batch can be fitted to your week rather than the other way round.
Parents rarely reject a children's activity outright. What usually happens is quieter: they mean to look into it, the trip sounds like it needs a free afternoon, and the free afternoon never arrives. The idea dies of scheduling rather than of doubt.
Being on the same side of the city removes that. A trial from Ahmamau is an errand, not an expedition — and because the trial is free and you watch the whole session from the side, the cost of finding out is an hour of your evening and nothing else.
That matters more than it sounds, because the thing you are actually assessing cannot be assessed from a website. You are watching whether the coaches speak to children the way you would want, whether your child is nervous for two minutes or twenty, and whether they ask to come back. None of that is visible in a photograph.
What they walk into is a purpose-built kids' gym rather than a hall with mats in it: five age bands from 2 to 12, a 75-minute class that runs the same five stages every week — affirmations, a greetings circle, warm-up, the themed activity, an award moment — and a curriculum mapped to CDC and Indian Academy of Pediatrics developmental guidelines. Gymnastics does the physical work. The structure around it does the part parents tend to notice first at home.

No. The trial is free, it is a real session with a real batch, and you stay and watch the whole thing from the side. Nothing is booked until you have seen it.
Once a week. A class is 75 minutes and the same batch meets weekly, so from Ahmamau it is one trip in your week rather than something you build several evenings around. Families who want more usually add Summer Camp in the holidays rather than a second weekly class.
The coaches decide on the trial day. Age is the starting point, but they watch how your child actually moves and how they are socially, and sometimes recommend a band other than the one their birthday suggests.
Yes — Achievers Care is our preschool and daycare, run by the same coaching team from the same building. Some Ahmamau families use it alongside the weekly class rather than instead of it.
Clothes your child can stretch and roll in, and a labelled water bottle. Sessions are barefoot on padded flooring, so no shoes or special kit. Long hair gets tied back before the warm-up.
Yes, and it is common. They will be placed in different age bands because that is what serves them, but we try to put siblings in back-to-back batches so it stays one journey for you.
Both centres draw from the neighbourhoods around them. If you are nearby, these pages cover the route, the batches that suit local school timings, and what parents from your area usually ask.
Your child joins a real session, our coaches place them in the right age band on the day, and you watch. Then you decide — which is the only honest way to judge whether it suits your child.
