Centre Programme
Weekly 75-minute classes in five age bands, from toddlers to pre-teens.
See the programmeSector 16B forms part of the continuous residential corridor around Techzone 4, putting our Golden-I Mall centre comfortably within reach for an ordinary weekday evening.
We do not have a centre inside Sector 16B — our Greater Noida West centre is at Golden-I Mall in Techzone 4, and it is the one that serves you.
Sector 16B sits on the same residential stretch of Greater Noida West as Techzone 4, so reaching Golden-I Mall does not involve leaving the corridor or crossing the expressway. We are at Plot No. 11, lower ground floor of Block A. Because we stay open until 8 PM every day, a session after school and homework is realistic rather than a rush.
Sector 16B has a settled, largely school-age population, which makes the practical question a specific one: what happens between roughly four in the afternoon and dinner?
For a lot of children that stretch has quietly become screen time by default. Not because anyone chose it, but because the alternatives require organising, and a tired parent at the end of a working day has limited organising left in them.
A fixed weekly class solves that by removing the decision. It is in the calendar, the coach is expecting your child, and the friends they have made in the batch are going. Our Skill Builders (6–8) and Confident Creators (8–10) bands are built for exactly this age: named gymnastic shapes practised properly, partner tasks, reaction games for decision speed, and strength work that respects a growing body.
The award moment at the end of each class recognises effort and improvement rather than winning. That sounds minor and is not. It is what keeps the child who is furthest behind in the room long enough to stop being furthest behind — and it is the reason children who were dragged to the first session start asking about the fourth.
How many sessions that slot should hold each week is its own decision, and our guide to how often a child should do gymnastics works through it honestly.

See the programmeOur preschool and daycare, run in the same building by the same team.
See Achievers CareWe bring a portable activity setup into schools across the area.
See the school programmeWe are open until 8 PM every day, so there are after-school slots. The exact batch times for each age band change term to term — call +91 99104 58324 for what is currently running.
An older child can start from scratch in the band for their age: Skill Builders (6–8), Confident Creators (8–10) or Future Achievers (10–12). The coaches place each child on the day, and the award moment recognises effort and improvement rather than ability, so a late starter is recognised as readily as anyone in the room.
Our coaches decide on the free trial day, after watching how your child actually moves and how they are socially. Age is a starting point, not a rule.
The centre is at Techzone 4 in Amrapali Leisure Valley — like Sector 16B, that is Greater Noida West, so it is a local run rather than a trip across the city. Call +91 99104 58324 and we will talk you through the approach from your end.
Achievers Care, our preschool and daycare programme, runs inside the same Golden-I Mall centre as the gym classes, with the same coaching team. Families in Sector 16B often use it alongside the weekly class rather than instead of it.
The free trial is a real session: your child joins a normal class in their age band while you watch from the side. The coaches place your child on the day, so you see exactly what a regular week looks like before you decide anything.
Our youngest band starts at two. Below that we would rather be straight with you than take a booking — come back when they are two and we will place them in Little Explorers.
Both centres draw from the neighbourhoods around them. If you are nearby, these pages cover the route, the batches that suit local school timings, and what parents from your area usually ask.
Your child joins a real session, our coaches place them in the right age band on the day, and you watch. Then you decide whether the trip is worth it — which is the honest way to answer that question.
