Centre Programme
Weekly 75-minute classes in five age bands, from toddlers to pre-teens.
See the programmeGaur City is one of the largest residential townships in the Noida Extension corridor, and our Greater Noida West centre sits a short drive away at Golden-I Mall in Techzone 4.
We do not have a centre inside Gaur City — our Greater Noida West centre is at Golden-I Mall in Techzone 4, and it is the one that serves you.
Gaur City and Techzone 4 sit on the same continuous residential corridor, so the run is short and stays entirely within Greater Noida West — no expressway, no city traffic. Golden-I Mall is on Plot No. 11 in Techzone 4, and we are on the lower ground floor of Block A. Most Gaur City families treat it as a normal after-school errand rather than an outing, which matters when you are doing it every week for a term.
Gaur City houses tens of thousands of families across its sectors, which means an unusually high concentration of children of exactly the ages we train. It also means something less comfortable: almost all of them live above the fourth floor.
High-rise living is efficient, but it quietly removes the thing children used to get for free — unsupervised space to run, climb, fall over and try again. A society park is not the same as ground. Lifts, schedules and a lack of safe open space add up to a child who is bright and articulate but has never really found out what their own body can do.
That is the gap our centre programme is built for. Padded flooring, real gymnastics apparatus, and a coach whose job is to progress your child rather than supervise them. Classes are 75 minutes and always follow the same five stages, so children from the same building often end up in the same batch and start looking forward to it.
Because Gaur City families frequently have more than one child, the five separate age bands matter more here than almost anywhere. A six-year-old and a ten-year-old are not put in the same room, so neither is bored and neither is out of their depth.

We are open 9 AM to 8 PM every day, so there are after-school and weekend options. Exact batch availability changes term by term, so ring the centre for what is running now.
Yes, and it is common here. They will normally be placed in two different age bands, since a four-year-old and a nine-year-old need genuinely different sessions. Our coaches sort placement on the trial day.
Golden-I is a commercial complex with mall parking. We are on the lower ground floor of Block A, Plot No. 11.
Comfortable clothes they can stretch and roll in, and a labelled water bottle. Sessions are barefoot on padded flooring, so no shoes or special kit are needed. Long hair is tied back before the warm-up.
No. Sessions are built around encouragement rather than ranking, and the class closes with an award moment that recognises effort and improvement rather than who was best. Beginners are recognised as readily as a child who already cartwheels.
Usually yes. Because the class arc is the same five stages every week, a child joining in week six is not walking into something half-finished. Ring the centre on +91 99104 58324 and we will tell you which Gaur City-friendly batches have space.
Both centres draw from the neighbourhoods around them. If you are nearby, these pages cover the route, the batches that suit local school timings, and what parents from your area usually ask.
Your child joins a real session, our coaches place them in the right age band on the day, and you watch. Then you decide whether the trip is worth it — which is the honest way to answer that question.
