Frequently asked questions
Twenty-two questions we get asked most, grouped by what you are actually trying to find out. If yours is not here, ring the centre on +91 99104 58324 — someone will answer it properly.
What exactly is a kids' gym?
It is a gym built for children rather than adapted from an adult one: padded flooring, gymnastics apparatus sized for small bodies, and coaches who run structured, progressive sessions. It is not a soft-play room with an attendant, and it is not free play with supervision.
What ages do you take?
Ages 2 to 12, split across five separate age bands so children always train alongside peers at a similar stage.
How do I start?
Book a free trial. Your child joins a real class, our coaches watch how they move and place them in the right band, and you watch the whole session before deciding anything.
Is the trial genuinely free?
Yes. No charge and no obligation to enrol afterwards.
My child has never done any sport. Is that a problem?
No, and it is the most common starting point. Bands are mixed-ability and sessions are non-competitive, so beginners are recognised for effort exactly as much as children who already have skills.
How long is a class?
75 minutes, following five fixed stages: affirmations, social greetings, warm-up, a themed activity, and a closing award moment. The structure never changes — only the theme inside it does.
Why do classes open with affirmations?
Because it works. Children naming something they are good at takes two minutes, and it is the part parents most often tell us shows up again at home.
What is the award moment at the end?
A short ceremony recognising effort and improvement rather than winning. It is what keeps the child who is furthest behind in the room long enough to stop being furthest behind.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable clothes they can move freely in. Sessions are barefoot on padded flooring, so no special footwear. Hair tied back, jewellery left at home.
Can I watch the class?
On a free trial, yes — we expect you to. For ongoing classes, ask the centre team how viewing works for your child's band.
Is there an actual curriculum, or is it just play?
There is a curriculum. It is aligned with developmental guidelines from the CDC and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, adapted for Indian children, so the drills a five-year-old is given are the ones that support what a five-year-old should be developing.
What skills are you actually building?
Five areas, in every session: gross motor (running, jumping, climbing, balance), fine motor (grip, precision, hand–eye coordination), cognitive (focus, memory, quick decisions), sensory (spatial awareness, listening), and social-emotional.
Why five age bands instead of one class?
Because a four-year-old and a ten-year-old need genuinely different things from a gym. Putting them together shortchanges both — one is overwhelmed, the other is bored.
How is my child placed in a band?
Our coaches decide on the trial day, after watching how your child actually moves and how they are socially. Age is the starting point, not the rule — sometimes the right band is not the one their birthday suggests.
Will this help with handwriting or school readiness?
Indirectly, yes. The craft element builds grip, dexterity and hand–eye coordination, and the focus tasks build attention span. Both feed into learning readiness, though we are a gym and not a tutor.
Where are your centres?
Two: Golden-I Mall in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West, and Skyline Plaza 1 in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow (behind Lulu Mall). Both open 9 AM to 8 PM every day.
What does it cost?
Fees depend on the programme, the centre and how many sessions a week. We do not publish a price list because it changes by batch — call +91 99104 58324 and the centre team will give you current fees.
Do you offer daycare as well as classes?
Yes. Achievers Care is our preschool and daycare programme, run in the same building by the same coaching team.
Do you run anything in the school holidays?
Yes — summer camp for ages 3 to 12, with gymnastics, arts, crafts and team games. Dates change each season and differ between centres.
Can you run a programme at our school?
Yes. Our School Adventure programme brings a portable activity setup into your school for 3–4 hour sessions, for students aged 3 to 10.
My child is shy. Will they cope?
Usually better than parents expect. The greetings circle exists precisely for this, sessions are non-competitive, and there is no ranking to lose at. Tell us in advance and the coaches will keep an eye on that child specifically for the first session.
What if we miss a week?
Talk to the centre team on +91 99104 58324 — what is possible depends on your batch and how full it is.
