The session is built on the same developmental framework as our centre programme, which is aligned with guidelines from the CDC and the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. So while students experience it as an obstacle course and a set of challenges, what is being worked on underneath is gross motor control, spatial awareness, listening under pressure, and the ability to keep going after a failed attempt.
For a school, that makes it defensible to parents and useful to teachers. It fills a games period, an activity week, an annual day or a wellness initiative — and staff get to watch their own students in a setting that often surprises them.
