Getting here

Your nearest centre

We do not have a centre in Hariharpur — the one that serves you is at Skyline Plaza 1, Sushant Golf City, behind Lulu Mall, on the second floor.

It is the same side of Lucknow, which keeps the trip short enough to repeat every week without it becoming a project. The centre is open 9 AM to 8 PM daily, and because batches run across the whole of that window there is usually one that fits around school and work rather than fighting it.

Somewhere for a child to be physical that is not a park or a screen

On this side of Lucknow, housing has arrived faster than the things children do after school. Shops, clinics and schools tend to come first. Structured physical activity — supervised, indoors, running whatever the weather is doing — usually comes years later, if at all.

The gap that leaves is specific. A park works until it is too hot, too wet or too dark, which in practice is most of the year at the hours children are actually free. Coaching academies want a child who has already chosen a sport. Neither serves the six-year-old who simply needs to move, and neither does much for the child who is quietly avoiding sport because they have never been taught the basics of how to land, balance or fall safely.

That is the space a children's gym fills. Five age bands from 2 to 12, so a four-year-old and a ten-year-old are never in the same session. A 75-minute class that runs the same five stages every week — affirmations, greetings, warm-up, the themed activity, an award moment — so children know the shape of the hour before it starts. A curriculum mapped to CDC and Indian Academy of Pediatrics developmental milestones, which means the drills a five-year-old gets are the ones that support what a five-year-old is actually developing, not a scaled-down adult class.

And nothing here is competitive. The award moment recognises effort and improvement rather than who was best, which is deliberate: the children who most need to be moving are usually the ones who have already decided they are not sporty.

Questions we get asked

Is there parking at the centre?

Yes, there is parking at Skyline Plaza 1 — the practical question if you are driving in from Hariharpur rather than walking. Allow five extra minutes on a first visit, because the coaches would rather meet a new child before the warm-up than half way through it.

Is there anything for children who have never done gymnastics?

That is most of them. Every band starts from where the child is, and the first weeks are about movement confidence rather than skills. Nobody is expected to arrive able to do anything.

How long is a class and what happens in it?

Seventy-five minutes, in five stages that do not change week to week: affirmations, a hello circle, warm-up, the week's themed gymnastics activity, and an award moment. Children settle faster when they know the shape of the hour.

Do you run weekend batches?

We are open every day, 9 AM to 8 PM, so weekend batches run alongside weekday ones. Which ones have space changes term by term — ring +91 99104 58324 for what is open now.

My child is shy in new groups. Is that a problem?

No, and the greetings circle is there partly for that. Each child is greeted by name and greets someone back before any equipment comes out, which gives a quiet child a predictable way into the room.

Can I watch, or do parents wait outside?

On a free trial we expect you to stay and watch the full session. After that most parents still wait on site rather than making two trips.

How many children are in a batch?

Small enough that a coach can watch each child through an apparatus instead of running a queue. Batches are grouped by age band and the exact number varies by day and slot, so ask when you book and we will tell you what that batch looks like at the moment.

Come and try a class first

Your child joins a real session, our coaches place them in the right age band on the day, and you watch. Then you decide — which is the only honest way to judge whether it suits your child.
